John E. Deaton – a lawyer representing thousands of XRP holders – revealed that he got an email that initially worried him. However, it turned out to be just one lawyer who withdrew from the case which was later confirmed by Marc Fagel – a former SEC litigator – as well.
William Hinman’s Speech Documents Unsealed
On or about June 13th, the SEC finally unsealed the documents pertaining to William Hinman’s speech under a court request. Stuart Alderoty commented on this saying “It’s no surprise that we can call bluff on their claims to ‚just come in and register‘ a security“.
